We provide assistance and support for persons with disabilities, living independently in the community. This includes the elderly and others with special health care needs. Our services are provided in the recipient’s home or in the community when normal life activities take him or her outside the home.

At Credent Care, our Personal support services relate to outcomes identified in the person’s support plan when teaching and training are not necessary to achieve these outcomes, and it is the least costly assistance to reasonably meet the person’s needs.
